If the consumer does not notify GlobeTrans within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the problem, then it is up to GlobeTrans discretion whether or not a return will be authorized. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number or will be asked to supply a picture of the product and the packaging. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. a refund will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of the returned package. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund.
